What is the shipping policy?

• They offer free shipping for orders above ＄149.99. It usually takes 1-3days in U.S for your items to be arrived. You can choose from fast, faster, fasted Express service.

• Out-of-stock items and items shipped directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for Express Service. Please be aware that there may be over-sized products that we sell that may require additional shipping charges. You will be made aware of these charges at the time of order.

Can I return the item？

Yes, of course. If you order an item from Mid America Motorworks and are not completely satisfied:

• Within 30 days of receipt, you may return it in like new condition, in the original packaging for a credit, exchange or refund.

• Within 30-60 days of receipt, you may return it in like new condition, in the original packaging for a credit or refund, less 25% restocking fee.
• Within 60 days-1 year of receipt, you may return it in like new condition, in the original packaging for a credit, less 25% restocking fee.
• No returns accepted after 1 year of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 800-500-1500, for return instructions.

What domestic payments do they accept?

• Check (mail orders): In U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to Mid America Motorworks. Allow 2-3 weeks clearance before orderprocessing.

• Credit Card (all orders): Make sure to include the number, expiration date, signature and address of the card holder if it's different from the mailingaddress. Mid America Motorworks accepts American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, and Carte Blanche.
• Money Order or Cashier's Check (mail orders): In U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to Mid America Motorworks.
• C.O.D. (phone orders or mail orders): Add $9.00 per order, available only in the contiguous U.S. These orders are cash only on delivery, available solely to in-stock merchandise on orders from $25.00 to $100.00. Sorry, COD is not accepted for orders with personalized items, freight shipped items,items shipped directly from the manufacturer, or Express Service.
