What is their return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, MarketPlace will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. All clothing must be in original, unworn condition, with/including tags, and in the original packaging. Please note that MarketPlace does not pay return shipping or refund original shipping costs unless the item sent was damaged or they sent the wrong item in error. Please do not return items without prior approval. You will need to have your order information ready to complete the request. After submitting your request, Customer Service will send you your RMA #.

What is their shipping policy?

Customers need to buy products above $250 and enjoy free shipping. They ship to the United States, U.S. territories and Canada only. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS. Unfortunately, they do not ship to other international addresses. If your item is in stock, they will ship within 3-5 business days of receipt. Each item is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped via FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Second Day or Next Day delivery to street addresses within the contiguous U.S. is available for an additional charge. 

Will my product be out of stock?

Their products involve a great deal of hand work, from producing hand printed fabrics to hand embroidery. Weather conditions may interfere with some hand-dyeing techniques and occasionally unforeseen problems may arise. This means that sometimes the products you order from MarketPlace may not be shipped on time from India and may be marked as backordered. If an item is on backorder at the time you place your order, it will be backordered and you will receive it as soon as it arrives. Please rest assured that the artisans are working hard to make the backordered item and deliver it to you as soon as possible.

What about the damaged goods I received?

If you receive a damaged item, please follow the procedure to return the item to them. After their warehouse receives and inspects the item, they will refund you the amount of the product as well as the initial shipping cost. Please use a pre-printed return shipping label so that you are not responsible for the return shipping costs. If a pre-printed label is not used, they will not be able to refund your return shipping costs.
