Do they ship internationally?

• As of June 2021, Nordstrom rack will no longer provide transportation options for locations outside the United States, including Canada.

• They moved to Nordstrom. In 2021, they will launch a new website to the new platform.

What is their return policy?

• From the original delivery date, you have 45 days to return eligible items. You can return the goods by mail or at the nearest Nordstrom rack store or nordstron store for free. To confirm whether your item is returnable, please check your invoice, email confirmation or purchase page.

• You can initiate returns for eligible in store and online orders from nordstromback, or use the guest returns page if your purchase history is not available.

• Take your items with the receipt and original payment method to the open Nordstrom rack or Nordstrom store in the United States.

• Go to express service, customer service or any registration center for help.

• The refund is expected to be completed within 5-7 working days.

• Use prepaid freight labels to ship, and they will be sent to you by email for printing at home.
