What is the shipping policy for international orders?

• If USER is located outside of the United States, USER must choose an International Delivery option. 
  

• If a domestic shipping option is chosen for an order to be shipped outside the United States, the shipping cost will be adjusted by the FULFILLER after the order is placed to use the International Rate.
  

What if I want a refund?

• If you would prefer a refund over a voucher, you will receive a full refund for the original order.
  

• You will have the option to choose a refund when contacted regarding the cancellation of your event.
  

• Refunds will typically take two weeks to process from the date of acceptance.
  

How long does it take to ship my ticket?

• Generally tickets will be shipped within 4 days of your purchase unless the on hand date differs on the tickets you have chosen to purchase. 
  

• The on hand dates are listed on almost all tickets now. If you do not see a date, assume that they are in hand and ready to be shipped out immediately. 
  

• Tickets are almost all sent out with FedEx to assure prompt delivery.
  

Will I be refunded for the cancellation of the event?

• Yes. If your event happens to get postponed, please contact them immediately to help find a replacement. In the off chance your event is cancelled, they will refund your order without any trouble.
  

• You may have the option of accepting a voucher good for 120% of the value of your original purchase - valid for one year from the date of acceptance. 
  

• You will also have the option of accepting a refund of your original purchase price.
  

• If your event is postponed or rescheduled, rest assured that your ticket will be honored on the new date of the event.
  

Do they offer international orders?

• If USER is located outside of the United States, USER must choose an International Delivery option.

• International Orders placed by USER may be subject to delayed processing. 
  

• SITE recommends that any USER placing an order on the SITE from outside the U.S. contact their credit card company or financial institution prior to placing an order to prevent unnecessary delays or holds. 
  

• Neither SITE nor FULFILLER shall be responsible for delays, holds, or any extra fees associated with placing an International Order.
