What is the shipping policy?

In-stock items typically ship within 48 hours. Items made to order, including mattresses and certain bedding products ship within 7-10 days. Please notice that they ship only to locations within the U.S. In most cases, they offer expedited shipping. You can look for expedited shipping offers at checkout, when available.

Can I get a free shipping?

Qualifying orders ship free to residential addresses within the continental US. Visit the cart page to see if your order qualifies for free shipping.

Can I return the item？

• Yes, you can. If you are unsatisfied with the items you may have them returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. The products should be unused and unopened in new condition . Items will be subject to quality inspection and a refund will only be issued if the item passes inspection.

• Other returns that are unaccepted include mattresses, subject to the terms of our 90-day mattress comfort exchange policy, toppers, foundations and box springs, and custom-order products. Freight charges are also nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
• All returns require an RMA. Please visit the Returns Center to submit a return request and receive an RMA. (You may also check the status of an existing return request there.)

What is the cancellation policy?

They refund orders that are cancelled prior to shipment. However, custom orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
