Do they ship internationally?
They are very sorry that Minor does not provide international transportation to Canada at present due to the problems surrounding COVID-19 's crisis. Minor does not currently provide any other international transport services.
Should I be charged custome fees?
All international orders are shipped on an unpaid delivery tax (DDU) basis.
Duties and taxes are not included in commodity prices or transportation costs.
When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable duties, duties or taxes levied by the destination country.
Unfortunately, they cannot calculate these charges before you place your order, nor can they underwrite them for their customers.
The carrier will charge you any applicable fee at the time of delivery.
Please check with your local customs to determine what these extra charges will be prior to purchase.
What is their return policy?
They accept full refund or store credit for unopened goods.
You have 7 days to return your items from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Please use the form at the bottom of the page to find your order and initiate a return request.
Once your application is approved, you will be responsible for sending your return using shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Please note that they don't offer return for the international order. Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is their refund policy?
After your return is processed, you will receive the full return amount minus the freight.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 working days to mail the refund to your account.
For any returned items, they will not refund the original freight.
