How can I return a item?

• For goods without quality problems, please understand that they will not bear the return freight. 

• All return requests must be authorized by their customer service team before they can be shipped to their return address. 

Non-refundable items. 

• They cannot accept returns under the following circumstances: 

• Items outside the warranty period.  

• Clean, wear, use, remove labels or misused items.

What is their cancel policy?

• For all products that do not include customized items, you can cancel the order at any time to get a full refund before the order is shipped. 

For tailored products: 

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund. 

• Orders cancelled after the start of production may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price. 

• Customized products that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

How to return my order?

• For whatever reason, if you want to cancel the order while it is being shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the package on hand before making a return request. 

• Because cross-border transport involves complex formalities, domestic and international customs clearance, and local and international shipping carriers and agencies. 

• If you refuse to receive the package from the postman, or if you fail to pick up your package from your local pickup shop, their customer service will not be able to determine the condition of the package and therefore cannot process your return request. 

• If the package is returned to their warehouse due to the customer's personal reasons (please see the details below), they will contact you about repaying the postage for re-shipment (through PayPal) and arrange for re-shipment. 

• However, please understand that no refund will be issued in this case.

What is their shipping policy?

• Processing time differs from category to category. please refer to the table below for more precise processing and shipping times to better estimate when you will receive your order.

• They Ship Orders in a Single Package, (Unless otherwise stated) the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.

• Note: they will try tehir best to deliver your goods within the expected time frame, but there is no guarantee of delivery date.
