How to a file a warranty claim?

All warranty claims must be submitted through the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in the manufacturer warranty. Follow the instructions in the manufacturer warranty policy or contact the manufacturer directly.

How can I return or exchange an item?

You can start the return process by going to Your Orders on your account page and clicking the "Return Items" button next to your order. If you do not have an account you can also easily create an account using the same email address that you used placing the order and the order will automatically link to your new account. You can also email [email protected], give them a call at (714) 582-3330 x8012, or Live Chat with them to request an RMA.

Can I change the shipping address on my order after it has shipped?

Yes, but this must be done by contacting ModBargains and there is a rerouting fee which will vary.

How long will it take for my order to ship out?

• "This varies depending on the item and type of item ordered. If the part is in stock at ModBargains it will ship within 1-3 business days depending on the time the order was placed and the type of shipping required.

• If the part is in stock with a distributor or manufacturer it will typically ship out within 1-2 business days though this can vary depending on the distributor or manufacturer.

• Custom Orders (such as: custom wheels, custom painted parts, etc) will typically take the time estimated in the item description. If you are past that time period most likely there have been production delay but you can make in inquirey with them at any time by emailing your Mod Expert or Using the Contact Form.

• Freight items can take extra time because special pickups must be scheduled. Orders that require custom packaging or labor time (such as wheel & tire packages) can take 1-2 days to ship out depending on current order volume."

Can I pick up (will-call) my parts?

Customer's can pick up parts from their La Habra, CA warehouse. If the parts are in stock they can be paid for at time of pickup. If parts are order from the manufacturer they must be paid for in advance.

How long can I get my refunds at ModBargains?

• Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction whenever possible, with the exception of wire transfers. Any payment made via wire transfer will be refunded by company check. Refunds on credit cards/debit card shall be refunded to the same card number used for purchase.

• Refunds granted by modbargains under special circumstances (IE: Product manufacturing issues, product delays, etc) requested after 120 calendar days from the original transaction date will be issued as store credit only, no exceptions.

How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?

Please use the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the promotional emails. This will remove you from their promotions mailing list. You will still get emails from ModBargains regarding orders and your account.
