When can I receive my goods?

• Products are shipped by UPS or USPS from the distribution center of modern nurseries, or directly from the manufacturer. Products shipped directly from their suppliers may take longer to reach you. If they are shipped from multiple locations, the items on your order may arrive separately.

• *Please note that individual brands / manufacturers will keep orders so that multiple items can be shipped together. In this case, please prepare the items to be shipped together with the latest estimated delivery date on the order.

• The estimated delivery date is provided on each product page, so you can manage your expectations for delivery! Many of their products are shipped directly from manufacturers. The date provided is their best estimate of when your order will be shipped, which cannot be guaranteed.

• Please note that it is your responsibility to provide all shipping information required for the successful delivery of the order. 
• If your order is to ship small parcels by ground, it may take about 1-7 days to reach you once it is shipped in a lower area of the continental United States, unless there is any delay from the ground carrier. If the goods are delivered through the freight company, once delivered, it may take about 2-4 weeks to reach your hands. This is only an estimate.  If you are not sure whether your order is transported through the freight company please contact them to ask,  they are happy to provide you with suggestions so that you can be ready!

The item I received is broken. What should I do?

• Once you order furniture from them, you will receive an email explaining how to check and receive your goods. Please read carefully. Any damage to containers or goods must be noted with the shipping company at the time of delivery. 

• Please check your furniture order thoroughly within 24 hours after delivery and inform them whether there is any damage or defect. In case of damage, please keep all packages.

Do they ship goods internationally?

• Please contact them for international transportation requests. Some brands are excluded from shipping outside the United States. To verify whether you are qualified to transport abroad, please email them to [email protected] Please tell them your full address and the product you want to buy. 
• Most delivery quotations are returned on the same business day. Please note that tariffs and customs charges are determined at your border and they cannot provide estimates of these charges.
