How much does the shipping charge?
Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight, and final destination of the order; they cannot determine actual shipping charges until the order has been placed.
After your order has been placed, they will email the shipping charge and merchandise total to the email address provided. After you reply with your approval, your order will be processed, billed and shipped.
What is the expedited ground shipping and handling?
Most domestic (contiguous U.S.) customers may request Expedited Ground.
Expedited Ground service is not available for Drop-Ship items.
Only in stock items will be shipped expedited, backordered items will ship ground.
Normally, Expedited Ground deliveries should arrive within five business days of ordering.
However, during the holiday season please allow up to a week of processing time.
What is the shipping policy for drop-ship items?
Some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Drop-Ship items may not be sent by an expedited or express shipping method; only Regular Ground shipping is available for these items.
Some Drop-Ship items (see product page) may be shipped only within the contiguous U.S.
What if I received the damaged or wrong items?
Please let them know immediately if you receive a damaged or wrong item.
Keep the original shipping carton, as well as all packing materials.
Please do not return the item to them unless they ask you to send it back.
Despite their best efforts, occasionally they make mistakes. They will incur all return shipping charges for their errors.
What is the return policy?
You can count on a prompt and courteous exchange or refund of the merchandise purchase price.
Return merchandise promptly. Please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip.
Send via trackable parcel post, UPS, or FedEx.
Ship back your return item at your expense. They will incur shipping charges for replacing an exchange item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
