What are the conditions for a cancellation?
A cancellation is understood to be when an order has not yet left their warehouses and, therefore, has not yet reached the customer.

What happens if the product you receive does not correspond to the order placed?
Motocard will bear all the costs, both for the pick-up of the wrong product and for the delivery of the correct product.
Motocard will not forward any goods until the receipt of the item to be returned or exchanged in their warehouses has been verified, as well as the condition of the packaging and its accessories.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
The maximum period to request the exchange of the defective item is 30 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

In the event of an exchange, return or cancellation WITHOUT FILLING OUT THE FORM, all shipping and custom costs will be charged directly to the client.
What are the conditions for an exchange or return?
