Mountain Crest Gardens Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my order?
You can request changes to your order within one business day (24 hours) of placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: They do not offer refunds that match promotional prices on existing orders.
What is their return policy?
Their plants and products are guaranteed to be of high quality, with good root systems and disease-free. This guarantee applies to all plants and products for a maximum of 14 days after delivery. Packages must be retrieved and opened within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for returns, refunds, or store credits. If your order's tracking information says "Delivered" but you didn't actually receive your order, please contact them within 1 week for a refund. Photos of all damaged plants are required for any replacement or refund.
What is their shipping policy?
They recommend that you use expedited standard shipping from mid-June to mid-September. They try to ship across the country during the winter and take steps to protect the plants from freezing during transport. However, during the colder months, temperatures can be very unpredictable. So if you live in a cold winter area, they highly recommend adding one of their low cost shipping warm thermal packs to your order. Due to strict regulations on the import and export of rooted plants, they cannot offer international shipping. Nor do they provide phytosanitary certificates or export documents. They offer a flat $18 discount for Hawaii and Alaska on most shipments over $75. Shipping costs are higher for Guam and outlying islands.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your unopened order is returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery, they will issue a full refund for no reason. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any damage that occurs during shipping. If you have any issues covered by their warranty, please follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:
