Can I return or exchange a ski package?

• If you change your mind about a ski package, you can return all of the ski package items back to them, in their original conditions, following their instructions here. As the items are sold as a discounted package, you will not be able to return individual products: the whole set of items must be returned for a refund.

• If an item in your ski package or seasonal package is faulty or not as described, they will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund on that particular product.

• If an item in your ski package is the wrong size, they recommend placing a new order for the item in the new size on their website. The item purchased outside of a package will be a higher price, but they will be able to apply a discount if you contact them, providing new order number. 

What if my return gets lost on its way to Mountain Warehouse?

• They strongly recommend that you use one of their secure and tracked delivery options for returns, and always retain your proof of postage. If you are worried about how long a return can take you can also bring your return to be processed in store.

• Returns to the warehouse can take 14 to 21 working days to be processed, therefore please allow this time before you contact them regarding a delayed or missing return. In case of any enquiries or issues, please contact them. You'll need to provide a copy of your proof of postage and clearly state which item have been returned. They will then be able to investigate with their warehouse.

When will my return be refunded?

Once you've sent your return, please allow up to 21 days for your return and refund to be processed during this busy period. You'll receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount, what should I do?

If you think you've been refunded incorrectly, simply contact them here with your order details and they will happily correct that for you.

How long does Mountain Warehouse keep my Click and Collect order?

They hold your Click and Collect order for 30 days. You'll be notified by text or email when your order is ready to collect. Remember to bring your order confirmation email on collection.

How do I track my order?

• Your order number will be on your confirmation and dispatch emails.

• Your dispatch confirmation email will also contain your tracking number and link to the courier website to track your parcel. If you can't find it, please check your junk/spam folders in case they have landed there by mistake.

Can I change my address after I place my order?

Once you've placed your order, they're not able to amend it - their warehouse team picks and packs your order very quickly, which means they can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changes to the following: delivery addresses, email addresses, change of size, change of colour, adding an item,removing an item.
