The eggs I received are broken?
If you received the wrong product or your product arrived damaged in some way, please contact MuscleEgg Customer Service by phone at 855-289-6872 or by email at [email protected]. Please do not send products back to them without contacting them first. The refund will be applied to the card you paid with and should appear within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
What is their return policy?
At MuscleEgg, they work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and without issue. They only ship brand new, unopened products. However, they know that mistakes can sometimes be made and want to make sure you get what you ordered. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, they offer a refund or replacement. You must apply within 14 days of receiving the MuscleEgg. Due to the nature of the product, refunds and/or replacements will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive the wrong size or damaged clothes, they may offer an exchange or refund. Clothes must be returned in their original condition. Returns of worn or washed clothing will not be accepted. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact them for return shipping information. The same return policy applies for sale items and non-sale items. Refunds, if any, will be based on the selling price of the item.
What is their shipping policy?
Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours when received by Wednesday 9AM Mountain Time. Shipping costs vary based on the quantity of items ordered. Within the continental U.S.: $14 for 2 half gallons or 2 gallons. Shipping is $20 for 4 gallons, 4 half gallons and 6 half gallons. One package can hold up to 4 single gallons or 6 single half gallons of MuscleEgg. Larger quantity orders will require shipping per package. They can only be shipped within the adjoining United States. FedEx charges customers $11 for incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.
