Do you have return policy?

They hope that you love your FlipFork, however they understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Their online orders are eligible for a full refund 30 days after they are received. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for a refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Ship Your Return To: FlipFork Inc. 489 W Fullerton Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126. You must include your name and order number in the package. If they do not have this, they have no way to look up your order. Once they receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for them to process it. Once processed, your refund will be applied if applicable. 

What is your shipping policy?

• Orders are processed in 1-2 business days after being received. Shipping normally takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are located. Orders placed on their website www.myflipfork.com are shipped out of Chicago, IL. Please be patient and do not email them inquiring the status of your order unless it has been at least a week since you placed it. You will receive an email with your tracking information once they ship the order. Please check your tracking before emailing them. because there may be notices of delays or expected delivery dates. There is a $3.99 fee for shipping and handling in the USA and a $39.99 fee for international shipping. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed. If you order multiple times in one day please email them to combine your order.

• PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once they ship your order, you will be charged for them to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to them, they will email you upon receipt and you will purchase their $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
