How to track my order?

• After you place your order online, you will receive an automated email with a direct link to your Order Status page. You can easily check the status of the order at any time.

When will I receive my refund?

• Once you have shipped your item back to them, please remember that it may take 1 to 5 business days for the returned package to reach their warehouse (depending on where you shipped it). 

• Once your return package is received and checked, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. 

• Please note that depending on your credit card company, your credit card application to your account may require an additional 2-10 business days.

What is the shipping policy?

• Order is $75 or more, free shipping is available. For orders under $75, the freight is $8.95.

• Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will be shipped on the next business day.

Do I need to pay for return shipping fees?

• Feel free to use any shipping method, as you prefer to return the returned items to them.
