What is their shipping policy?

Neewa offers free USPS shipping on all orders to US addresses. These orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days and ship using USPS. Neewa ships all of its products to Canada using USPS. These orders typically ship within 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. All orders to Canada are subject to a flat shipping fee of $12 (USD). If you need an earlier order, please contact them for a faster DHL or UPS shipping quote.

What is their return policy?

They want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase: you can return or exchange for any reason. Neewa will happily accept returns for new, clean and unused products. Products purchased directly from Neewa can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a full refund (excluding shipping) or an exchange with no restocking fee. Return shipping for U.S. orders is free, but customers will be charged for returns or exchanges from non-U.S. addresses. Exchanges need to replace new orders online to receive prepaid exchange postal labels.
