What is the return time?

Fresh juice must be treated with great care and diligence.
With their commitment to quality, their return policy is that all cancellations, changes, or postponements must be received before 11:00 AM PST the day before your delivery or pick-up date.
They will not offer a refund for cancellations made after this day and time.
What are the non-returnable items?
They are not responsible for damaged or compromised juices due to the following:
Incorrect addresses. They ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please take a moment to ensure that the address is correct before finalizing your order.
Unopened shipments. All boxes are clearly marked “Perishable” and must be opened and the contents refrigerated upon receipt.
Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their juices. Please notify the recipient of the pending arrival of perishable juices.
Orders sent to a multi-unit dwelling such as an apartment building or office unit must have a unit or suite number listed. Please consider shipping to your work address where you can refrigerate your juices upon arrival.
