What is Norcostco's shipping policy?
Their standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Their normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. They ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS. When you place an order, estimated delivery dates are based on the shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Some items may take longer to process depending on stock and availability.
Their shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.
Certain products contain chemicals that are considered hazardous and must ship Ground Service due to Federal guidelines. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per their normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately when they become available.
Can I return my orders?
Yes. You can return your orders for free. But Item(s) must be in original packaging and in new condition. Sales of clearance and discontinued merchandise are final. Clearance items may be damaged, old, irregular, or may not be in original packaging.
When can I recieve my refund?
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type (excludes makeup, see above). The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items or those drop shipped from a manufacturer's warehouse are subject to a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fees vary per item(s).
