I live in an apartment/apartment: can I use a Nordic Pure air filter?
Almost all apartments provide air filters for their tenants. Often, cost is the primary consideration for HVAC system air filters. Therefore, you are unlikely to get the best possible air filtration. They recommend that you contact the property manager and state your desire for a higher quality filter in your HVAC system. If they are unable, ask and obtain permission to supply your own before ordering their air filter.
How often should I change the Nordic Pure air filter?
Usually every 2 to 3 months, but you may need to replace them more often. During your continuous use of your HVAC system, they recommend that you replace it monthly to maintain optimal indoor air quality.
Where does Nordic Pure ship? How much is shipping?
They offer free shipping on all retail orders to be delivered anywhere in the continental US through Fedex Smartpost. They will ship to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico or Hawaii for an additional fee. Please email: [email protected] with the item you wish to order and the full shipping address for a quote.
What is Nordic Pure's return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order, unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. You can call them at 800-590-0339 or click on the invoice you need to return on the Return Center screen and fill out the form. (You must be logged in to view your order history on this screen). Once the return is authorized, they will provide full return instructions. They offer two options for returns; either you arrange and pay for the return shipping, or they email you a printable return label and deduct the return shipping (at the negotiated FedEx price) from your refund. Either way, you are responsible for the return shipping, but they usually have better shipping. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Custom air filters are not refundable or returnable because they are handcrafted. Make sure you order the exact measurements you need, to the nearest fraction of an inch.
