What is the shipping policy?

At this time, they only ship within the United States. Your order will ship within 1-3 business days by USPS, Fedex, UPS or Amazon Fulfillment. Covid-19 has affected some shipments, while most orders ship within 1-3 days, others ship between 3-5 days. Can I return the item？

• Yes, you can. Their policy is 30 days from receiving your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, they can issue a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it if to be eligible for a full refund. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags attached. No refund, exchange or store credit is eligible if an item has been washed, stained or worn . If the item is missing its tags or original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund . Please click to download their RETURNS FORM. 
• A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 business days of the return being received and inspected by our returns department. 

Can I exchange a bra that’s not suitable for me?

At this time, they do no process exchanges. If you need to exchange your bra for a new size, please place a new order for a new bra and follow the instructions for returning the bra that doesn't fit (below). A new order can be placed directly on our website.
