What is their return policy?
If you wish to return an OCLU product purchased through the OCLU website within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may do so unless the product is affected by an event or event described in their warranty. To return products purchased through the OCLU website under warranty or 30-day return guarantee, please contact their customer service team at oclu.com/support for further instructions. If a refund is due, they will process your claim within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Keep all paperwork (including receipts) that came with your OCLU product in a safe place, and if something goes wrong, just follow the instructions or contact them at oclu.com/support.
What is their shipping policy?
Free shipping on all OCLU products delivered to addresses within the 48 U.S. states. Currently, they are unable to process international orders. And they don't have authorized resellers outside the US To buy OCLU cameras and accessories, you may need to ship them to a shipping company with a US delivery address.
How to update your OCLU camera using the OCLU app?
The OCLU app is the easiest way to update your camera. Just download the OCLU app, connect to your camera and navigate to the settings page. Under Versions, the app will notify you if a new firmware update is available. OCLU Action Camera has 8 shooting styles. Choose and customize these shooting styles to configure your four Quick Access modes.
How can I take care of my OCLU?
When not in use, store OCLU in the provided microfiber bag and travel case. The microfiber bag will protect and clean its lens and display. Lenses are exposed for wide viewing angles. Try not to put the OCLU on the lens or drop it on the lens as it may get scratched. If you will not be using the OCLU for an extended period of time, remove the battery and place it in the battery compartment of the travel case.
