What is their shipping policy?

• Please note: at this time, you will enter the Super Center. They can only be transported to 48 of the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia. They were unable to ship orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

• They cannot ship orders to any U.S. territory, such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands Supercenter. They have not been transported to any international location

• A shipping confirmation will be sent, including the tracking number. If you do not see the order tracking email information, please check your spam folder.

Are they international shipping?

• Please note that they currently only ship to the United States.

• Use their real-time delivery calculator to determine the actual delivery date for your zip code. Please note that economy packages will be transferred to USPS for final delivery. If USPS does not deliver to your actual address, please use your email address when placing an order using economy.

• Not all postal codes are applicable to this mode of transportation. You must use their delivery calculator to confirm that your postal code meets the requirements of this service. If the mode of transportation is not displayed, the service is not available in your region.

• All individual unit weights are rounded to the nearest pound (LB) to calculate freight.

What is their return policy?

The following criteria must be met to receive a refund:

• The return must be stamped within 15 days after the original order date.

• The items must be new, unused, original packaging, and all accessories. Check the following item restrictions.

• The goods must be accompanied by the packing list generated by the above return process.

• They recommend the use of traceable shipping methods with delivery confirmation.

• Restocking fee: 12% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. Orders that cannot be delivered or rejected will be subject to a restocking fee of $15.

• Defective items: if you receive damaged items, they will repair them as soon as possible. Contact customer service within 14 days of the original order date and they will make every effort to ensure that you receive the replacement product quickly.
• Processing time: the return is usually processed within 2 weeks after receiving the goods. During Halloween (September to November), it may take up to 3 weeks to return. This is a very busy (and their favorite) time of the year!
