If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise purchased on ogracing.com, you can return the items in its original and unmarked package, and with all original accessories and tags included within 30 days of receipt. If you use their online return portal, they will deduct a minimum $8.95 Return Label fee from your refund. If you initiate a return after 30 days of receipt, you may be charged for a restocking fee or can only receive store credit. And you are expected to use traceable shippment such as FedEx, UPS and  USPS Priority Mail so that they can track your retuens.

• Package your return items safely using an suitable shipping box. Don't use the product's original packaging to deliver your return items, because this will result in a restocking fee. For fragile items, you should use appropriate padding to prevent delivery damage. To make your return processed faster, you should contain the original return package slip and any other proof of purchase in the box.
• Attch the return shipping label to the outside of the package. Make sure that you have already removed existing shipping labels. Choose the Fed Ex location nearest you.
