What is your return policy?

• They do not offer returns on any of their items. If there are extenuating circumstances, you can email them at [email protected] and they would be happy to help you in any way they can.  Okoa Home does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: upholstery, rugs, large furniture, art, sale items, or items purchased at sales or, gift cards. Most of their furniture, rugs, and mirrors will be delivered via a third-party carrier. Most pieces ship within 8-10 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Once ready to be delivered, a representative from your local delivery agent will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece. The representative will assist in moving and placing the piece in the desired space of your home (no more than one flight of stairs). Please note: an oversized/fragile item fee covers the cost of moving the oversized piece into the desired space and does not include package material removal or assembly. This fee does not include White Glove Delivery services. 

• Before your appointment, please make sure the walkway and the area where you’d like the item placed are clear. The delivery agent cannot move existing furniture to make room for the new item. The agent is also unable to remove unwanted furniture or make any modifications to your home. They ask that you take the time to review your delivery upon its arrival and provide a signature upon receipt. Just make sure to set them at least 6” apart so they can both be seen.
