What is the return policy?
At Ollie's, they pride themselves on their affordable prices and offer a "30-Day No Hard Time Guarantee." If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please restore the item along with your sales receipt. As long as it's within 30 days, they'll get a full refund. Returns without a receipt require a valid government-issued ID. Given the vast diversity of their product line, returns may be limited or declined.
Can I bring a dog in?

Do they still have Ollie's Army Night event?
Ollie's Army Night is the last customer appreciation event of the year. The event has been a client favorite for over 15 years. Customers can receive invitations by email or mail. Their Ollie's Army loyal customers will receive 25% off toys and Christmas decorations (excluding Christmas organizers) and 15% off everything else in the store. How do I receive my coupons/rewards?
You can receive your award certificate in the mail within two to three weeks of earning 250 bonus points. If they have your address on file, you'll see your reward on the website and on Ollie's mobile app approximately 10 days after you get your reward. This serialized coupon is the same one you will receive in the mail. It can only be used once.
