What is Cancellation, Order Changes and Return policy of Online Amish Furniture?
You have 72 hours from the time of the original order to cancel (with a full refund) or make changes to your order. They will try to make changes after 72hrs, however, they cannot guarantee the changes will be implemented. If after 72 hours or if you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase once it's received and up to (1) year, you may contact them to return it via email or by phone and by doing so, you agree to a 25% restocking fee & full amount of return freight.

When will I receive my furniture?
Most furniture deliveries take between 10-16 weeks. Amish case goods, such as dressers, chest of drawers, hutches, etc. take between 12-16 weeks, depending upon the time of year. Please remember that these are treasured heirlooms. Their skilled Amish craftsmen don't just make Amish furniture. They build memories. With Amish builders these are always estimated times. Please be patient. It's a short wait for several lifetimes worth of enjoyment!

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, a small pick-up or transfer fee may apply. Their Amish furniture is made in BOTH Ohio and Indiana so some logistics and minor costs may be involved getting your items to the state nearest you. Pick-ups are by appointment only 7am-3pm EST weekdays only. Also you must bring a truck or trailer large enough to carry home your order. Bring appropriate padding materials such as moving blankets, etc. to prevent damage on your trip home. Tie-downs such as moving straps or bungees are also recommended. Can you send me a printed catalog?
They can't, but because of the continuing variety of their inventory and the sheer number of Amish builders they use, plus the high cost of printing and today's technology, they do not have a printed Amish furniture catalog to distribute. However, they may have additional pictures and literature that they can email if specify what products you are interested in. E.g. Single Pedestal Table and Chairs, Wall Entertainment Center, Corner Entertainment Center, Shaker 3 Door Hutch, Glider Rocker and Ottoman, Mission 3 Door Nightstand. They can send you a download link to a digital catalog as shown below.

How can I track my order?
Order status may be checked by e-mailing them at [email protected]. Or by Tel: 1-888-88-AMISH (26474). Please include your order number. Most orders take 10-26 weeks plus freight time from order placement to delivery.  As the Amish do not have phones or computers, they do not have a means to track order progress. They will not have any updates available until at least the 8th or 9th week of the order process.
