Can I make a return or exchange at OOFOS?
They offer free returns and exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS. You will receive an email notification once your return is fully processed through their returns department. Expect your refund within 10 business days. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please note, 1- and 2-day shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are carefully processed in the order that they receive them, so please be patient. They make every effort to expedite requests as quickly as possible.
How to start a return or exchange at OOFOS?
They've recently launched a new online program that allows you to start your return or exchange at your convenience. Just visit oofos.com/return and you can start your free return or exchange with these steps.
Enter the email address used to place your order, and your unique seven-digit order number. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email, or listed at the top of your packing slip that arrived with your order.
Verify your shipping address. Please be sure to use a street address and not a PO box on this page, as UPS requires a physical address to calculate the correct postage needed to ship the package back to them. If you are processing an exchange and do not wish for your new pair to be shipped to the physical address, please reach out to [email protected] and they'll happily help adjust your exchange on their side.
Select the pair of shoes you'd like to send back by clicking on their image, then confirm if you would like to return them for a refund or exchange for a new item.
Does OOFOS have a warranty?
YES! They provide a 6 month warranty on any pair purchased directly through OOFOS.com or one of their authorized dealers. Please see below for their warranty policy.
Every pair of OOFOS purchased from OOFOS.com or an authorized OOFOS dealer is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. If, upon inspection, they determine there is a defect in your OOFOS, they will replace them with a new pair.
Please note that all warranty requests will be replaced with the same style, color and size. If unavailable, a pair of the same price will be substituted by their team or you may request a different replacement item currently in stock on OOFOS.com. They are unable to refund the difference in price if a replacement pair of lesser value is requested.
