Can I make a return at Organifi?

• If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact them at [email protected]. 

• Organifi offers a 60-day money back guarantee return & refund policy. The product that you desire to return should be identified to their Customer Support team within 60-days after you received the product.

•  A shipping label will be provided for the order, by their team, and the shipping and handling costs for the return shipment back to their warehouse will be automatically deducted from the final refund. Refunds granted are refunded for product cost only and do not include original shipping cost paid by the customer. Return labels will be provided by Organifi. Shipping costs for the returns sent back to their fulfillment center will be paid for by Organifi. 

What should I do if I receive damaged items?

• If the product is damaged during shipping, this must be reported to them via email ([email protected]) or phone (760-487-8587) within their 60-day money-back-guarantee window.  In the damaged item request please include: 

• Order number

• Description of the product and damage

• Photos (if applicable)

• Either a replacement for the product will be issued or a full refund. If you wish to receive a refund, please reference their Returns & Refunds Policy. If they issue a refund the amount would be credited to you within 10-business days after they have received the returned package. 

Can I cancel my order at Organifi?

• If you wish to cancel an order please contact their live chat or call them at (760-487-8587) as soon as possible. They will try their best to cancel the order and stop it from getting processed by their fulfillment center-they process orders daily so that they can guarantee timely shipping. 

• Please note: they cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped. You would have to return the package to and can reference their Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

How can I track my order?

• Once your order is placed, you will first receive an email confirming your order.

• Once your delicious adaptogens have shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

• If you are a subscriber, the same process applies, except you won't need to manually place your order. Once your adaptogen subscription ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
