How can I make a return?
You have up to 14 days from purchase to return the item to that store for a refund, or an exchange or credit note.
After 14 days and for up to 6 months from purchase, you may return the unused item to the store of purchase with your receipt or bank statement and tags attached for an exchange or credit note.

When will I get my refund?
Please allow 10 working days from when we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Once their team has processed your refund, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
Please allow up to 5 working days, from receipt of this email, for the refund to appear in your account.
what if I want to make a exchange?
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product/size, you are most welcome to send your purchase back to Customer Services within 6 months of the delivery date.
The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
Products purchased directly from their website must be returned to their Customer Services team for an exchange to be processed; unfortunately, purchases made online cannot be returned in-store.

All orders are despatched with DPD who have a non-contact, distanced delivery procedure in place. Please note that they are unable to deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses at this time.
Once your order is processed for despatch you will receive an email with your tracking number and you can then choose to receive email or text notifications for order status updates as well as make changes to the delivery. For UK orders you will receive a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery.
Next Working Day orders placed after midday on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Please allow an additional working day for delivery to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Next Working Day and Standard Plus delivery are not available to these areas.
