What is the status of my order?

Domestic orders typically take one day to process. For your convenience, they’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use for reference. What is my size?

Their clothes fit true to size. To find out how an item fits, consult their size and fit notes on all of their product pages. If you need additional help, email them at [email protected].

What forms of payments are accepted?

They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Afterpay.

Why doesn't my checkout work with multiple discount code?

Their promotional discount codes only work one at a time. They do not allow discount codes to be combined in one order. If you have multiple codes, please choose the code you want to use that provides you with the best discount.

How do I use afterpay?

• Just shop Outerknown.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you've used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order -- it's that easy

• Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction using afterpay?

Yes, your bag value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay with Outerknown. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Afterpay and Outerknown are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.

How to make a return at outerknown?

• Print out the return shipping label and affix it to the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).

• Once your return is received and scanned via mail, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, they cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

How long can I get my orders at outerknown?

• Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 5-10 business days. For "Next Day" and "2nd Day" shipping, your order must be placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time to ensure next day or 2-day delivery. Shipping cut-off times exclude holidays and weekends. Please note, COVID delays through shipping carriers due to volume and safety precautions could extend the delivery window.
