How do they deliver?

Free shipping on all orders. Same-day shipping applies to package orders placed on their website before 11:00am CST Monday through Friday. Freight orders are not included as freight must be arranged with the carrier. Currently, they do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

What is their warranty policy like?

The warranty period for all coverages begins on the date of purchase and will last for one year. The Titan Warranty is a limited warranty offered to the initial retail purchaser of any Titan accessory product in exchange for consideration paid as part of the purchase price of the product. Titan warrants such products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance during the warranty period.

What does the warranty cover?

If any product covered by this limited warranty is found to be defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty, Titan will reimburse/pay for the repair or replacement of the product as set forth in the reimbursement terms, subject to the "Reimbursement Limitations" of this limited warranty ” section. Any product repaired or replaced is only covered for the remainder.

How do returns and refunds work?

Titan will refund your original purchase price less return shipping within 30 days of your delivery date. Item must be returned in new condition - please note that wear and tear from use may render your item non-refundable. Returned items will be assessed to ensure new condition before processing your refund; please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after delivery to their returns warehouse. It may take up to 3 business days for your bank to process and appear in your account. Items marked "Scratches and Dents" or "Defects" are not eligible for returns or warranty claims.
