Which items does Papillon's guarantee not include?

• Opaque or auctions sites where the Air Carrier and/or Tour Provider are not known until the booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to Priceline, Hotwire, or EBay.

• Websites that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel and/or food components. Examples of package websites include but are not limited to Site 59, and Delta Vacations.

• Package rates that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services or other amenities.

• Qualified discount rates including but not limited to Government, AAA, Interline, or Senior Citizen Discounts

• Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.

When do I receive my booking confirmation?

After booking they will send you an order receipt. This receipt acknowledges that they have received all the information required and that your credit card was successfully processed. Within 24 hours you will receive your tour confirmation at the email address you entered during booking.

I would like to change the date of my tour. What should I do?

Unless specified, most of their tours may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to flight departure, subject to availability. They suggest to review the terms and conditions on your confirmation letter to verify these details. You may contact their reservations center to make modifications to your reservation.
