What is their return policy?
If you decide to cancel your order before shipping, please call so they can process the cancellation before shipping. Orders placed for single items or highly customized items over $300 are considered special orders and cannot be cancelled once production on the order has begun. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund unless the order has started production. Their policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Only regular priced items can be returned, special offers cannot be refunded or returned. Sales and promotions are only available for in-stock items. Online sales are only available for online orders. Once your return has been received and reviewed, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
What is their shipping policy?
Free shipping is only available for orders with a cart value of $500.00 or more to 48 contiguous U.S. shipping destinations. For orders shipping to Washington and Idaho, free shipping on cart values of $100.00 or more applies. Offer not valid on Canadian or other international orders. Offer does not apply to special orders or repair work.
