What is their refund policy?
The refund will be provided according to the service definition of the specific service selected at the time of payment; Please check your service definition.
Please note that any indirect losses are non refundable.
If the refund is appropriate, it should be returned to the payment method originally used for the booking transaction, or deposited into the advance payment account of parcel2go. Com refund can only be processed to the signatory of the reservation order.
The refund of advance payment may take 1-2 working days to process.
It may take 5-7 working days to refund the original payment method, because all refunds must go through a process to ensure that there is no collection.
You have up to 28 days from the date of order to ask for a refund.If the package has been collected or the service has been completed, we will not refund any additional surcharge, including:; Package protection, delivery guarantee fee, signature and SMS notification.
What is their return policy?
The recipient can return the package directly to parcel2go warehouse from time to time. This includes but is not limited to the following:
a. You do not accept the receipt of the consignment;
b. You have not paid any unpaid fees; And / or
c. If the delivered goods exceed the specifications, you or the recipient will have to pay the underpayment.
- In this case, they will arrange to return the package to the originator, which may be charged according to the reason for return. The chargeable conditions include but are not limited to undelivered returns, undeclared packages and paid claims.
Unless otherwise stated in any other communication they send, they will:
- a. Store packages in parcel2go warehouse for up to 28 days; and
- b. Remind the originator again 21 days after their last attempt to return the package failed.
