If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your products bought on patioproductsusa.com, you can retturn the items in their original packaging and with a RGA number and original accessories in the box within 30 days of receiving the product. If you initiate return after 30 days, your request will not be accepted. To initiate a return, you must a return request here, and then you will receive a RGA number and some return instructions. After viewing the instructions supplied to you, you are expected to send your return items in a traceable shipping method like UPS and FedEx. After they receive your package, they will inspect it. Upon inspetion, they will give you a refund in the original form of payment. The credit will be returned back to your account within 5-10 business days from the day the item is received back.

Patio Products USA provides FedEx and UPS ground shipping service to everywhere in the US as well as Southern Canadian Territories. They supply free delivery service for most products. For all other lines, you will be charged a flat rate of $15 for orders less than $49 within the United States. For orders delivered to Hawaii and Alaska, you will charged an additional shipping fee of $50 on any order. For orders dlivered to Canada, the customer is liable for all duties and taxes unless the manufacturing line is part of their Preferred supplier list.

As long as your cancellation request is confirmed and cancelled by the manufacturer, you can get a refund. While your order is too late to cancel, a refund won't be issued.
