What shipping methods does Peace Out Skincare provide?
Their standard shipping method for domestic and international orders is USPS First Class mail. All shipments include USPS tracking numbers, and customers will automatically receive their tracking numbers via email once the postage has been created.
When will my order ship?
Paid for 2-day shipping and my order didn't arrive on time. What can I do?
Peace Out ships orders via USPS and offers two service options - First Class Mail and Priority Mail. First Class Mail is the more economical option and Priority Mail is a great option for those who need their order delivered quicker.
USPS estimated delivery times are not a guaranteed commitment. Delays are possible no matter which shipping option you choose. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, your best bet is to order as early as possible. Peace Out does not refund paid shipping costs in cases of USPS delays.
How do I return a product?
If you are not totally satisfied with your Peace Out product, please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase for mailing instructions. Simply return the unused portion and they will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
What should I do if my products are missing?
If your package was damaged during shipment, please notify them immediately at [email protected] with photos of the packaging, the LOT # from the bottom of the box, and a description of the damage. Peace Out will review your email and replace all reasonable claims.
If your package is missing, please have a thorough look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight and check-in with anyone who might have already picked up the package for you. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact USPS. If you added Route Shipping Protection to your order, please contact them for instructions on how to file a claim.
How long can I get my refunds?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
