Do I need to pay for taxes and duties?
Please note, peony does not cover the cost of import taxes and duties.
These charges do not apply on orders delivering within the US under $800 USD.
They ship all orders from Australia, so unfortunately a duties and taxes fee may be applied when delivering within EU/UK.
They recommend reaching out to your local DHL office for the most up to date information.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders are shipped every business day via DHL International Courier. This service is fully trackable.
They dispatch orders every business day. Orders placed before 7pm PST Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be sent an email confiirmation with tracking information.
What is the return policy?
They want you to adore your peony pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return it to them within 30 days for a 110% store credit or refund.
Final sale items are eligible for a 110% store credit only.
They now offer a courier collection return service.
To initiate a return, click the link. You must lodge your return within 30 days from order placement. Go through the steps in the portal to submit your return. You will need access to a printer for this service.
How much does return shipping cost?
They offer Free Express Shipping on all orders, however, they do not cover the cost of returns.
If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay $25 USD to cover the cost of return postage.
This will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to track my order?
For orders shipped outside Australia, they work with DHL Express International Express.
Once your order has been shipped, your email confirmation will include a tracking number to ensure you can track your package until it arrives.
