Perch & Parrow Frequently Asked Questions
What is the delivery policy for large furniture items?
Their courier team will contact you to arrange a week day delivery slot.
Guidance for delivery times across the U.K. range from 7-10 working days with the majority of orders arriving within 7 working days.
For Scotland, they advise a delivery time of 10-14 working days.
What if I received a damaged item?
All damaged products must be reported to their Customer Service Team in writing 48 hours upon receipt.
Please email [email protected] and include a picture of the damaged product in order to proceed further.
Please note the product must be kept in its original packaging. T&Cs apply.
To return an item within their 14-day returns period, just email them within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that when you are returning an item all shipping charges are deducted from your refund. Both the delivery charge and the return charge.
When will I receive my order?
Their bespoke sofas, armchairs and beds are upholstered especially for you, so they will take 3-5 weeks to arrive.
Other large items such as dining tables, chests, bedroom furniture and large mirrors will be dispatched within 14 days.
Small items such as single chairs or stools, lamps, cushions and side tables are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Can I return an item for an exchange?
They currently offer a return for a refund or a return for replacement in the event of damage.
If you would like to order an alternative item instead this would require a return for a refund and then a new order for the alternative item.
How can I get my refund?
Your refund should appear on your statement within 5-7 working days of Perch & Parrow collecting the item from you.
