I received a bad product, can I get a refund?
If you receive the wrong product (flavor, quantity, etc.), expired product, or damaged goods, they will send you a new one without returning the original. Because that's their bad thing. If the goods you receive are on the packing slip, it is considered the correct order. If you receive an incorrect item from your order and want a refund instead of receiving the correct shipment, you will get a refund. If the product is damaged, please send a picture of the damaged product to [email protected].
How are Picky Bars stable in extreme conditions? Freezing temperature and heat?
Since Picky Bars are made from real food, they can be affected by extreme temperatures. They get a little tough in cold temperatures but are still very edible and delicious! Prolonged heat can also spoil the oil in nuts. Therefore, they recommend that you avoid storing bars in locations exposed to high temperatures.
Can I be a member of Picky Club if I live abroad?
Yes! Shipping and handling is a bit more expensive, but they can ship to international addresses via USPS. Sorry international peeps, shipping is not free. Local governments may also impose duties/duties/taxes. Picky Bars is not responsible for any duties/duties/fees. Unfortunately, they are no longer able to ship to the UK.
Can I cancel my Picky Club subscription?
Yes! Simply email the Clubber service team at [email protected] at least 72 hours before your next club shipment. If it's a consumer item, log into My Account and you can always change the quantity, how often your club box is shipped, or just push the next shipping date into the future for a chance to deal with your stash.
Do they ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping is expensive (sorry!), but they can ship to international addresses via USPS. Be prepared to receive a letter from your local government office requesting payment of duties and/or duties (sorry x2) before your shipment is delivered. Picky Bars do not include customs/duties/taxes. Unfortunately, they are no longer able to ship to the UK.
