What should I know before returning a product?

• No returns or exchanges on final sale items, underwear, and socks.

• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. They do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

• They do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with them first. All returns must first be approved by their customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form.
  

• If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact them within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return. Their Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and their return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.

• If their company is responsible for the issue, including the wrong size, wrong color, and incorrect items, they will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at their expense.

What is their refund policy?

• Once your return is received and inspected, they will email you a notification of receipt. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can.

• If you cancel your order before they've sent it, you'll receive a refund in 7-30 days.

• If it's already been sent they can no longer cancel the order, you will have to wait until it arrives and send it back to them.

• You will need to send them an email so they can provide you with the information they need to process the return. Unfortunately, you will have to pay for the return shipping.
