If there is a store near me, why can't I find the store?
Unfortunately, not all of their locations have been transferred to their online ordering platform. Your location may not yet offer the option to place an order online. They are working on getting all of their stores online. Your address may also be outside of your local store's delivery trade area. You can always call your local store to confirm the delivery area. Try the mobile option to place a pickup order!
Why can't I enter my address?
The address field is automatically populated when you enter your postal code. You may need to select your street name from the drop-down list. If you do not see your street, you may need to confirm your postal code with Canada Post. They may also not have a location in your area. They are working hard to bring more locations to their fans and hope to have a location near you soon!
What payment methods are available for ordering over the Internet?
When placing an order through their Internet ordering system, you can choose to pay with cash, credit or debit card. All of these payment methods are available at the door (if delivered) and in-store at the time of your fulfillment. When paying for the delivery option with a credit or debit card, their drivers will be happy to help you with the credit/debit card machine.
What is future/advance ordering?
Future or advance ordering enables you to set a time in the future when you would like to receive your order. You can place a future order for the current day. If you want to place an order for the current day, you can select a time increment of 5 minutes, as long as the time you enter falls within the business hours of your local restaurant and is at least 20 minutes later than your restaurant's business hours. They also accept orders for future dates! If you want to place an order for a different date, you can place your order up to 7 days in advance.
