What is the shipping policy?

• PlantSafe provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. When shipping delicate plants, timing is critical. Any package that becomes stuck in transit or is delayed in transit can arrive damaged. PlantSafe will create a new order and they will reship your plants so that you get just what you ordered.

• When you accept PlantSafe Shipping Protection at checkout, replacement orders are expedited and moved up to the top of the list so that your order is replaced quickly. Customers will be responsible for submitting a claim along with photos if product is considered damaged or broken.

What is the refund policy?

• They ship living products from PlantingTree. All sales are final. In the event a living product is rejected on delivery they will not credit back your account. There will be no refunds. If your package arrives damaged, please contact them immediately. Your claim must be received within 5 days of receiving your package. They will reship the damaged plant after receiving your claim.

• If the product they are replacing is out of stock, they will place a credit onto your account to order a substitute or they will refund your order for the product that is damaged. If the product they are replacing has been shipped outside of its growing zone, they will issue a store credit for the product that is missing or damaged. Any hard-goods that are not living must be returned within 10 business days with a 25% restocking fee. 

What's the warranty policy?

• If your plant does not thrive within 30 days of receiving your order, contact Customer Support. They will review your concerns and provide a one-time replacement if necessary. You will be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement plant.

• There can be different natural reasons your plant may not survive such as drought, excessive heat, or excessive cold. They offer a one-year warranty to ease the worry of these types of situations. At checkout, you can easily add a one-year warranty to any or all of your plants for an additional fee (determined at checkout). This is a one-year, one-time replacement warranty. Shipping costs and taxes are at the customer's expense. Plants that are not suitable for your growing zone or soil type are not included in this warranty. Refunds will not be given for these purchases.
