What is their return policy?

Premier Glow does not sell approved merchandise. Only defective items will be returned. The Confetti Cannons are non-returnable and each cannon is custom made to the color of your choice. Their goal is to make your shopping experience with them a pleasure. The manufacturer conducts strict quality control before shipment to ensure that defective items are kept to a minimum. When pricing their products, they consider a 5% defect rate. Any defective items above 5% will receive store credit for future orders. Shortage notices must be sent within 3 days of receipt. Any defective merchandise exceeding 5% must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Premier Glow will issue store credit for all defective and shortage items for future orders.

What is their shipping policy?

They're now offering free Super Saver shipping on all orders over $49 shipped to the continental US. Expedited shipping options include overnight, Saturday, 2- and 3-day shipping options for an additional fee. To determine shipping rates for expedited service, add the product to your cart and enter your zip code. All available shipping options will be displayed along with the shipping time. Please note: Refunds for shipping delays are only available for expedited service, orders with Free Super Saver Shipping are not eligible for shipping refunds in the event of a delay. In the event of a delay in using any of their expedited shipping services, only the shipping fee paid (as per carrier service guidelines) will be refunded and they will not be able to accept any returns.
