• You must take reasonable care of any goods supplied prior to sending them back. Customers may lose their right to return, if product is removed from packaging or soiled due to health and safety. A refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, you will not incur any fees as a result of this. 

What is Price Right Home Shipping Policy?

• They offer free UK delivery on orders over £20! Some restrictions apply, postcodes where they are unable to offer free delivery usually for orders weighing over 2 kilograms.

• Deliveries to addresses outside of the UK will be sent by Airmail or one of thier couriers. Delivery costs are calculated automatically when items are added to your shopping basket, which are based upon the weight of the total order and are dependant on which country the goods are being delivered to. This is why they are able to offer you the best possible delivery rates!

• In rare cases, there may be additional courier surcharges to pay for some bulky non-UK orders, and Price Right Home will contact you directly by email should this be the case.
