What is the Low Price Guarantee? 

• It’s simple! PrintFirm guarantees you’re always getting the lowest price. If you should find a better advertised price for business cards, postcards, flyers or brochures with exact printing and finishing options within 30 days of placing your order, PrintFirm will refund the difference.

• To qualify for the low price guarantee, PrintFirm, Inc must be able to view the competitors price online or on paper (unaltered) within 30 days of your purchase.

• A sheet feed press along with similar printing and trimming techniques that PrintFirm, Inc. utilizes will only be honored. PrintFirm, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the Low Price Guarantee to anyone.

Will I receive an invoice?

• Yes. An invoice will be emailed to you, once your order is placed. 

• If you are picking up your order from their Canoga Park office located in California, they will have your invoice available for pickup, upon request. 

• As a registered user of their website, you can always access your account and print your invoice(s) as well as track your order.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

• No. Due to the weight of their printed products, they are unable to accommodate shipments made to a P.O. Box address. 
• If you entered a P.O. Box address in the place of your shipping address on their order form, your order will not be shipped out until they have first contacted you and received a non-P.O. Box address.
