How do returns and refunds work?

Priority Bicycles will accept all non-final sale returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the bike is returned in a brand new condition in the same original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and repacking charges. If the bike is returned for any reason other than a product defect, the buyer is also responsible for the actual shipping charges, so the refund processed to the customer will be deducted from the actual shipping charges incurred by Priority Bicycles for delivering the bike to the customer. Fees paid for assembly and adjustment are non-refundable. Courtesy credits for bike shop labor are non-refundable. Returns must be repackaged in the original box with all original parts and packing materials (required).

What does maintenance free and low maintenance mean?

Maintenance free and low maintenance means their bikes are free from regular or routine maintenance. They define regular or routine maintenance as adjustments to gears, brakes (coaster brake bikes only) and chains. With Priority, gears and brakes (coaster brake bikes only) can often last for years without maintenance.

Does the product I buy from their website have a warranty?

Priority Bicycles warrants its bicycle frames and forks for five (5) years against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover bicycle parts, parts, accessories, paint or decals and is void if the bicycle is improperly assembled, modified or subjected to wear and tear beyond normal. This warranty does not cover shipping back to Priority, nor does it cover any labor involved in replacing the frame, fork or other components. Product defects must be confirmed by photo or by a professional bike mechanic. They recommend wheel tensioning and bike safety inspections every 1,000 miles or yearly, whichever comes first. This warranty applies only to the original owner in the continental United States.
