What happens if I cancel the family plan?
Once you cancel your subscription, you and all your family members will no longer be able to enjoy Qobuz streaming. A Qobuz account will always be available with the library. However, at the end of the current period, music streaming will no longer be available. If you would like to discuss your experience with Qobuz, they are always at your disposal.
Can I try Qobuz for free?
Yes! Absolutely. A 30-day free trial is available. Note that they can only offer one free trial per customer. If you already have a trial period, you will be billed immediately.
What happens to my subscription after the price changes?
If you have a monthly studio, single or family subscription, you will automatically switch to the new price the next time you renew. That means you'll pay less next month while maintaining the same benefits of a subscription. If you have an annual Studio subscription (single or family), you will automatically switch to the new price at your next renewal. That means you'll pay less next year while maintaining the same benefits of a subscription.
How do I unsubscribe?
They don't want to see you leave. You can unsubscribe from their service at any time in your account. If you cancel your subscription, your account will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. This applies to all their plans, monthly or yearly. You will not be charged until the next billing cycle begins. You can end the trial period at any time by unsubscribing from your Qobuz account. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date, you will not be charged for the next month.
How do I receive the Qobuz newsletter?
