What is their shipping policy?

• Free shipping is only applicable to residential and commercial addresses in the mainland of the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, apo and Puerto Rico), with a total order amount of $50.00 and above. Freight will be charged for orders below $49.00. Free delivery is only applicable to normal / standard delivery and does not offset the cost of 2-3 days or overnight delivery.

• If available, you can choose a faster delivery method for each item on the order and charge an additional fee. They use UPS to deliver your package. The delivery time varies according to the delivery address you choose, the availability of the item, and the time you place the order.

• Freight does not include taxes and duties. UPS / USPS may require taxes / duties; For more information, please contact your local UPS / USPS office or local government. R1 concepts does not bear any taxes.

• "Delivery" or "delivery" time is an estimate of when items will leave their southern California warehouse. If the item shows delivery within 1 working day, the item will leave their warehouse within 1 working day after you place the order.

• They understand the importance of fast delivery, and they are making every effort to complete the order as soon as possible. However, please note that personalized / customized configurations and more popular items may take longer to ship.
• If there is an unexpected lack of product availability after confirming the shipment and delivery time, they will notify you of the new shipment and delivery date by email.

What is their return policy?

• If you need a return or refund, please contact their customer service at 888-712-6623 from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST Saturday. You can also contact them through livechat on their website. Customer service will answer all your questions and provide you with the return authorization number.

• They provide a 60 day return policy, which takes effect from the date the buyer receives the goods. The returned items must be in a new state, including all boxes, hardware, manuals and accessories. They will only provide prepaid UPS return labels for damaged, defective or incorrect items received due to data errors that have not been used or assembled within 60 days. If you decide to return the goods and pay the return freight, they cannot reimburse any expenses paid outside their company. 

Do they offer a warranty?

• Warpage 1 year, manufacturer defect 1 year * (see below), such as crack (rotor must be within the minimum thickness range). The warranty does not cover wear replacement, noise or corrosion.

• Warranty replacement claims for warped rotors will require certified and licensed stores or dealers to provide a copy of the brake report. The report must accurately indicate which rotors are twisted.
