What is the shipping policy?
Ground orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. Express 2 Day or Next Day orders placed before 1PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days will ship same day. 2 Day and Next Day orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available.
Free Ground shipping only applies to US addresses in the lower 48. All Alaska and Hawaii orders must ship via 2 Day or Next Day. PO Box orders and APO/FPO orders will ship via USPS Priority. They do not offer expedited shipping for USPS orders.
What is the return policy?
Any item purchased on the farbank.com website, excluding eGift CARDS, may be returned unused up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Far Bank Enterprises does not refund eGIFT CARDS except where required by state law.
How about the warranty policy?
This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod, blank, or reel and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod, or damage during the assembly of a blank into a finished rod. Warranty coverage on Sage blanks does not extend to any custom work or components added to the blanks.
How much does a repair cost?
Any repair due to manufacturers' defect will be taken care of free of charge. If the damage is not covered by warranty, such as damage from normal use, they will service your rod or reel with their expert repair technicians for a fee.
